Welcome to the Cozy White Cabin in Broken Bow, OK! From the moment you drive up to the front porch, you will be thrilled with the charm and coziness this large cabin exudes! This cabin can sleep up to 12 (maximum of 10 adults).

Main Living Area Downstairs

As you enter the front door, you will notice the expansive feel of the space, much due to the soaring ceilings in the living room and high ceilings throughout the rest of the space. The living room has a comfy leather sectional with enough room for your group to sit comfortably around the fireplace or watch TV. The fireplace adds just the perfect amount of rustic with its floor-to-ceiling stacked stone with a mantel and hearth. Imagine the family photos you can take with this backdrop!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make full meals plus dessert! We have all of the dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and silverware you need! The large island in the open kitchen makes making family meals a fun group activity for everyone! There is plenty of seating at the island as well as at the large kitchen table for everyone in your group.

We hope your group will stay a while, and if you do, you'll probably want to do some laundry! We've got you covered with 2 sets of washers and dryers! We also supply an iron & ironing board if you need to iron some clothing for family photos or an event you're attending in Hochatown.

Downstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On either side of the main living area downstairs, are 2 king bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms each have their own unique design and are appointed with comfortable mattresses and linens. Both ensuite bathrooms have double vanities and walk-in showers.

Additionally downstairs, is a full guest bathroom, also with its own shower.

Upstairs Living Area

The upstairs has enough room of its own to be considered another living area so that friends and family can truly stretch out and have space during your vacation! The loft room has two leather sofas for lounging and conversation. There are 2 twin over full bunkbeds built-ins, as well as French doors that lead out to a 2nd level balcony where you can sit and relax in rocking chairs while enjoying nature. Please note: The top bunks are only large enough for small children! The cabin will sleep 10 adults total (2 in each bedroom, and 2 on the bottom bunks) and 2 children on the top bunks.

The loft also has fun entertainment with the shuffleboard table and retro video arcade game console. (Who will win at Donkey Kong??)

On either side of the upstairs loft area, are another 2 king bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms each have their own unique design and are appointed with comfortable mattresses and linens. Both ensuite bathrooms have single vanities with separate makeup vanity counters and walk-in showers.

Location

Our cabin is within 10 minutes from almost every restaurant and the lake (depending on seasonal traffic, of course!), right in the heart of Hochatown. You are vacationing in a rural mountain town and many of the roads in the development are gravel (but easy to drive) so best to keep that in mind when deciding which car to bring.

• The upstairs twin bunks (on top) are quite small and will only fit children.
• No smoking or vaping allowed in or on our property.
• No pets are allowed.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• We do require a $750 security deposit hold that will be held 2 days prior to your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.
• We require a rental agreement to be signed.
• The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.
